The breakfast included many options and seemed very well prepared. Its breakfast location presented a fantastic experience. The room included chocolates every day, it was a nice touch. The room offered both coffee and tea.
I found the gym to be slightly small.

The room was very clean and maintained well. I found many thoughtful little details . The staff were very friendly and helpful (really appreciated their support). I had seamless luggage delivery and assistance with transportation.
The breakfast was very basic, and nobody came to collect the used dishes. We had to stack them ourselves.

The hotel is in a neighborhood with good cafes, shops, and restaurants. I found it a comfortable fifteen-minute walk to the riverside. It's also near several tourist attractions.

The building is quite new, which i LIKE. The room included thoughtful details, such as daily treats. The cleaning service was perfect, ensuring a consistently fresh environment.

the breakfast restaurant had a beautiful setting. i found the selection of food to be lovely. there were also gluten free options. i would highlight the restaurant for breakfast.
the hotel provided water only on the first night of my stay. after walking extensively, i expected water to be replenished. i found it odd to have to request tap water.

cute staff tea kettle good walks
i found the staff very cute. The hotel is kept clean. My room included a kettle and tea. The location allowed for good walks to the city center.
the WIFI connection was slow, especially during peak hours. i experienced occasional disconnections, which impacted streaming. I hope it is fixed soon

The staff provided a guided tour UPON arrival and shared the history of the palace's restoration. They gave a welcome gift in the room for a special occasion. attentiveness was appreciated.
